PU COAT - KF
- PUCT
PU coat is a polyurethane resin based coating with good adhesion and
drying properties at ambient temperatures. It has excellent moisture
repellency and good thermal stability.
Area of Application : Insulation coat for
Motors, Coils, Generator, Busbar , PCB, Control Box, Transformer,
Solenoids, Tools, Wood and Toys.

EPOXY COAT - KF - EPCT
Fast drying no Shrinkage with good surface finish coat. It
has excellent adhesion, water resistance and resistance to
weather, solvents and chemicals. Available in various thermal
classifications.
Application : In site repair
of damaged insulations, clamps, plates and poles, Windings & coil,
Commutator Ends and Bus-Bars etc.

PEEL OF SPRAY -
KF - PLS
Completely hand peelable, flexible latex for masking components, does
not contaminate conformal coatings. High film strength, does not break
easily and temporaily protect the surface from corrosion.
Area of Application: Protecting Copper, Gold
contact points during shipping, Applied on polished metal surfaces
to prevent scratches eg. Watches, Weighing Machine, Stainless
Steel Wash Basin etc.

ACRYLIC CONFORMAL COATING
- KF - CONFORM
This is based on Acrylic modified resin, single component
air drying- room temperature curing conformal coating designed
to protect PCBs and related equipment from their environment.
This improves and extends their working life and ensures security
and reliability of performance. These coatings conform to
the contours of the board and its components creating a thin
(10 to 15 micron) layer, which is both lightweight and flexible.
They protect circuitry from hazards such as chemicals, vibrations,
moisture, salt spray, humidity and high temperature. These
conditions can cause corrosion, mould growth, and current
leakage resulting in board failure with an uncoated PCB.

SILICONE CONFORMAL COATING
- KF - CONFORM SIL
A silicone resin protective coating for applications where
temperature or flexability is a concern. Protects printed
circuit boards against static discharge, arching, moisture,
humidity, corrosion, and thermal shock. Contains a UV indicator
for quality control inspection. Easy to repair.

BATTERY TERMINAL COATING - KF
BATR - CT
This product is a long term corrosion preventative that provides an airtight
waterproof seal, curtails battery leakage and extends battery life. The
coating will not crack or peel even under severe flexing. Use on battery
terminals, cables, carriers or hold downs. Excellent for batteries that
are used infrequently or put into storage.
Area of Application : Battery and cable terminals.
Used In : Auto, boat, truck, fork lift, golf
cart and generator batteries

Fast Drying, Conductive Graphite Coating
KF-GRAPHITE CT is designed to provide controlled electrical properties.It
is a dispersion of finely divided graphite in a thermoplastic resin that
rapidly air dries to form a flexible conductive coating.
APPLICATIONS :Flexible conductive coating
for plastic substrates, EMI shielding, to prevent Bi-metallic
corrosion
